Yes, except for the stuff that is really nasty or cheaper to pay someone else. For the record, Adam did the engine swap over a period of 5 weeks. We basically gutted the whole boat and started from scratch. New engines, saildrives, props, rope cutters, bottom paint, Propspeed, though hulls, plumbing, raw water hoses, strainers, custom engine mounts from 6061 aluminum flat stock, and the list is 5 miles long. We even painted the engine compartments white while the engines were out. We built A-frames, and used beam trolleys, and a few French friends to get the engines in and out. (Thanks SV Botticelli, Marc, Crystal, Jeremy, and Vincent)
Since Adam retired from his job in November of 2019 it has been a non-stop job to get this boat refitted and ready to go around the planet.
I think the photos tell the story better than we ever could. It was 90° outside and about 108° inside. Enjoy!
Girl, you all have been working at a fever pitch. I see you all have put some blood and sweat into your lovely boat as well.
Great to hear from you all. Keeping you in my prayers. Metre Lewis

Dayum, and the bruises to prove it. Kilimanjaro is a snow covered mountain 19,790 feet high, it is said to be the highest mountain in Africa. Close to the Western Summit there is said to be the dried and frozen carcass of a leopard. No one has ever explained what the leopard was seeking at that altitude.
